Terre del Bruno wines, how to pair them with food - Chianti DOCG

Terre del Bruno - Chianti DOCG

CHIANTI DOCG

For the production of its Chianti wines, Terre del Bruno reflexes the tradition of the territory, using native vines, such as Canaiolo, Colorino, to complement the main vine of this area, the Sangiovese. Thanks to the wise use of all these varieries, which balance and enhance each other, Terre del Bruno Chianti DOCG is a quite structured and well balanced wine
Beautiful red color, fulfilling aromas and harmony are the highlights of this young. Vinous aroma with hints of violet endind with soft tannins. This surprisingly round and full wine gets into the mouth without any sharp tones, which are typical of the traditional Chianti wines.

Paring this wine with food:

Terre del Bruno Chianti DOCG is to be stored vertically and served at a temperature of 16-18°C. It is perfect to paire cold platters, such as cured meats (prosciutto, salame, finocchiona), Tuscan pecorino cheeses, and croutons (tomatoe bruschetta as an example). Thanks to its softness, it also goes really well with vegetarian dishes like the Ribollita, a well-known Tuscan soup. Last but not least, worth to mention are a great variety of pasta dishes to be paired with this wine, such as spaghetti with ragout sauce, tortelli alla maremmana and gnocchi with tomatoe sauce.
