A brand new wine for our winery

A new limited edition wine, only 1300 pieces. The attention to detail on this wine becomes extreme. A careful selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, short fermentations at controlled temperatures. Aging for a minimum of 18 months in top-of-the-range Seguin Moreau barriques branded ICÔNE, specifically created to enhance the characteristics and qualities of this blend. Even the packaging has luxury finishes: label on fine paper, shellac to seal applied by hand bottle by bottle.

Complex on the nose, with aromas of red fruit and peppery notes. In the mouth it is warm and full-bodied, with an enveloping tannic component balanced by a good acidity. The aging in wood enriches the wine with balsamic and spicy notes that come together and complete with a sweet final note of vanilla.
