Auròra Rosè Wine - Super Tuscan


This 100% Sangiovese wine is made of grapes that have been selected by hand during an early harvesting, usually taking place between the end of August and the beginning of September. The cold fermentation where the skins of the grapes are left in the must for up to seven hours to extract the colour is followed by the vinification, where half of the wine is aged in oak barrils for about one month while the other half is aged in steel tanks. Pale pink colour. A good acidity enhances its freshness, balanced by a sufficient sapidity. Floral and harmonious.

Terre del Bruno Aurora is to be stored orizontally and served at a temperature of 6-8°C.
