Albòre white wine - Super Tuscan


This blend between the varieties Trebbiano and Vermentino, whose grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. The cold fermentation takes place in temperature – controlled steel tanks. Straw yellow colour. Enveloping flavours with fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and apple. A good acidity enhances its freshness which is balanced by a sufficient sapidity. This wine is harmonious and pleasant on the palate.

Terre del Bruno Chianti Riserva DOCG is to be stored vertically and served at a temperature of 6-8°C.
This wine pairs very well with modern-european style fish dishes, shellfish, pecorino cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella and salads.
