Carrying on with the harvesting

The weather is still great with constant temperatures, days are getting a bit cooler going towards the end of September. We are starting the harvesting of the Sangiovese that we will use for both the rosè and the Chianti DOCG. For those Sangiovese grapes, which we will use in our vintage wines like the IGTs and the Chianti Riserva, we are waiting a few more sunny days, to give more strength and structure to the grapes. The Cabernet Sauvignon will be the last to be harvested.
