After manual harvesting, carried out by hand, the bunches of grapes go straight to the destalking machine. The must stays in contact with the grapes only for the first 5-7 hours, to prevent the extraction of too much color during maceration. It is subsequently racked and alcoholic fermentation is completed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and 50% into french oak barriques. Alcohol content 12.5%

Tasting notes

This wine is made with 100% Sangiovese. Pale pink color. Fresh and flowery on the nose, savory and mineral on the palate.
Store horizontally at a temperature of around 10 - 12°C.
