#Harvest2020

The harvesting has started! We began with the Merlot on the 8th of September, the climate has been ideal with constant temperatures, between 27 and 29°C. We have had a hot and sunny summer with some rain at the end of August, forecasts call clear skies. Merlot grapes have reached a perfect ripening and they are ready to be picked. We have come to the end of this long working year in the field. We now start the process cycles which will take us, after about two year, to the finished product. The Merlot 2020 wine preview event will take place in 2022. We will keep you updated on the next phases of the harvest. Coming soon news on the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon picking, which will happen in a few days, the forecast calls sunny and hot days! 2020 harvest, as predicted, is proving to be an excellent vintage, despite everything that has happened in this peculiar year.
